On July 4th we went to the Town of Farragut parade. It was Robert's first parade and he really loved it! He loved the motorcycles, marching bands, fire trucks and horses. He wanted to like the helicopters but they were a little too loud for him and made him a little nervous. After the parade we made a quick stop at the water park. Later that day went to Minde and James' to celebrate the day.

Robert, Kristie and I headed to Florida for a visit with Grammy and Grampy. He had so much fun on the plane! Although he has been on a plane a few other times, this was really the first time he understood and thought it was so cool and fun to be flying high in the sky with all the clouds. Beau was such a Grampy's boy this trip and wanted to be doing whatever Grampy was doing. We had a blast swimming, going on golf cart rides, blowing bubbles and doing lots and lots of playing. We also went to a Christmas in July event that one of the town squares was having. Santa Claus still wasn't his favorite but he did better than his first meeting with Santa last year. We will see what December brings! We had a great visit, can't wait until next time!

This summer Beau has really started to love going to the playground and climbing and sliding! It makes him seem like such a big boy, especially when he pushes Mommy away so he can climb and slide by himself. He will put his hand on his chest and say "Beau slide" or "Beau climb". We are so proud of him for being brave and trying new things!
