Jack and I took Beau to see the Easter Bunny at the mall. He was very excited to see the Easter Bunny and sit on his lap. He took a little bit of a pause as he got close to him but with a little help and encouragement he sat on the Easter Bunny's lap and even turned and gave him a smile. He was so proud of himself when he got down and we were so proud of him too!
The weekend before Easter, we took Beau to his first Easter Egg Hunt at UT Gardens. Unfortunately, it was a pretty cold Spring day but the sun was shining and so we decided to go and make the best of it. Aunt Kristie came too and Aunt Minde, Uncle James, Caroline and Wil met us there too. Once Daddy explained how an Easter egg hunt works Beau was so excited to get started. We had a few tears while we waited to get the go ahead but once we did he knew exactly what to do and had a blast!

On Easter morning we did an egg hunt at home, opened Easter baskets and had Aunt Kristie over for breakfast. After nap we headed over to The Hursts for another fun egg hunt and a beautiful Easter dinner. Minde always does an amazing job of decorating and creating gorgeous tablescapes! Beau even had is own adorable place setting that was a gift for him to take home. He is loving his bunny cup! What a great day with family!
