We took Beau to an Easter Egg hunt at The Muse. He was so excited and had an absolute blast! He needed some help remembering to pick up the eggs and put them in his basket because he was having too much fun just running and squealing with the other kids. Once he figured it out and we collected a bunch of eggs, he was excited to sit down and open his eggs up to find hershey kisses, yo-yo's and stickers inside. After the egg hunt we went inside the muse and had lots of fun playing and exploring. What a great day!
We also went to the mall to see the Easter Bunny. The past 2 years we got great pictures with the Easter Bunny but this year it didn't go quite as smoothly. He was so excited to get dressed and kept saying, "I look so beautiful and handsome to see the Ea-see Bunny!" But when we got there he wanted to keep his distance and just watch from afar. We finally convinced him to take a family picture.
On, Easter Morning Robert opened all of his goodies from the Easter Bunny. Afterwards, Mimi and Aunt Kristie came over for breakfast and a fun Easter egg hunt in the backyard. We also celebrated Kristie's 40th birthday. After nap time we headed over to Minde and James' house for another fun egg hunt and Easter dinner. What a great Easter! Can't wait for baby brother to join in the fun next year!
